2025 Country Week was held in Mildura. In a great week for Golf East Gippsland, our women’s team won all their matches and finished on top of Division 2. As a result, they will be promoted to Division 1 next year.

Our Men’s side finished on top of the ladder in the Plate Division, but for the first time a final was held between the top two sides. Having beaten the VGL the day prior, our team could not repeat the performance and was defeated in the final. They will remain in the Plate division in 2026

Huge congratulations to both our teams and especially our junior representatives, Maddison Kelly, Cooper Rimington and Blake Robinson who all played exceptionally well

Country Week in 2026 will be held in the Ballarat District with Midlands, Ballarat and Buninyong Golf Clubs nominated to hold events.

2025 Country Teams will be played in the Mildura area from the 29th September - 1st October

Golf East Gippsland team of both Men & Women are selected from those players nominated by their club Captains and who meet the selection criteria as set by Golf Australia and Golf East Gippsland.
