About the club

South Pines Golf Club is an 18 hole golf course located at Lindenow South, 20 kms west of Bairnsdale. The course features well maintained grass greens and a variety of holes that provide an enjoyable challenge for golfers of all abilities.

The course includes a mixture of long and short par 4’s, two par 3’s and two par 5’s, with several tight dog legs and strategically placed hazards. The course rewards accurate shot making and thoughtful course management.

South Pines is a friendly, welcoming club with a strong social atmosphere. Visitors are warmly welcomed to enjoy the course and experience the relaxed country golf club atmosphere.

The course is maintained by a dedicated team of volunteers supported by the Club's elected Committee of Management. Their ongoing efforts help ensure the course is presented to a high standard for members and visitors.

Fees are very affordable with full membership currently at $390 per year. Country and junior member options are cheaper and available.

Green fees are competitively priced at $30 for all day play and $10 for juniors. (Under 15)

CART HIRE

4 Self Attending Golf Carts are available for hire and can been booked via the https://vendigolf.com.au/golf-cart/ website

Green fees can be paid by cash (honesty box), direct debit (details at club) or via cashless payment via our 'VENDI' touch & go green fee screen.

Competition days:

Tuesday Medley 9.30 am start.

Thursday Medley 9:30am start

Saturday Medley 7:30am - 11:30am start.

Sunday Medley 10am start.

Visitors holding a current Golf ID (Handicap), are welcome to participate in competitions, subject to competition conditions and availability.

PGA PROFESSIONAL AND COACHING:

PGA Professional, Wayne Thomas conducts regular junior coaching sessions at the club on Sundays.

Wayne also provides individual lessons, group coaching sessions and programs for all abilities. He also offers club fitting, repairs, regripping and general golf advice.
